I combine strength training, Pilates, Barre, and nutrition to help women over 40 build muscle, lose body fat, and feel incredible in their bodies again.

You never have to apologize for missing class, but I may check in because I care about each and every one of you.
Teaching for you is not a transaction - it's a relationship that I cherish deeply.
More often than not, you turn MY day around for the better.
I LOVE when you modify; it's a sign of strength.
I'm just really proud of you, ladies.

I'll be back on the mat this week and I'm looking forward to it :)

See you Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday in the LiMo Pilates classes at 9 am, or at Lakeshore Tues., Wed., Thursday at our usual times.
