Hi, I’m Lisa Oberbichler—a certified personal trainer, Pilates and Barre instructor, transformation coach and Precision Nutrition Coach as well as GGS Women’s Coaching Specialist. I’m here to help women like you reclaim your energy, strength, and self-confidence—starting right now.

I’m a teacher, a coach, and a woman just like you.
I’ve spent more than 30 years as an educator, and now I bring that same passion for teaching into the world of health and fitness. My certifications in Personal Training, Pilates, and Barre—as well as my own transformation journey—have shaped the way I coach: with compassion, clarity, and zero judgement.
