Whether your goal is to build strength, improve mobility, or gain confidence in your fitness routine, I offer personalized one-on-one training both at home and at Lakeshore Recreation.
Training Locations:
- Lakeshore Recreation – Must be a member or purchase a day pass to access the facility.
- At Home – Available for clients living in Port Elgin or Southampton.
Getting Started – Assessment
All training begins with an initial assessment ($75), where we:
● Review your medical history and any limitations.
● Assess flexibility, mobility, and movement patterns through a series of exercises.
● Complete a mini workout to gauge your current fitness level.
This assessment allows me to understand your body and your goals.
Important: A fully customized workout plan is only provided when you purchase a block of 3, 6, or 10 training sessions.
**However, if you are just looking for an introduction to the gym floor equipment at Lakeshore Recreation, no workout plan is included. The fee for this is $75 +HST.
Personal Training Packages
All sessions are 45–50 minutes in length.
● 3 Sessions – $200 Includes the assessment + 2 follow-up 1:1 training sessions..These 3 sessions must be booked and consumed within 1 month.
● 6 Sessions – $390 Provides more accountability and guidance to help you stay consistent. These 6 sessions must be booked and consumed within 2 months.
● 10 Sessions – $680 Ideal for long-term progress, giving you the time and structure to achieve your goals. These 10 sessions must be booked and consumed within 6 months.

Cancellation Policy
To respect both your time and mine, please note the following:
● A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a personal training
session.
● Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
● If you arrive late, sessions will still end at the scheduled time.
● In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will not be charged and we will rebook your session as soon as possible.
