I’m still soaking it all in… and I just want to say THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart to everyone who sent messages, left comments, and cheered me on — your love and support mean more than you know. ❤️

To be seen and celebrated as a woman who is almost 60, building her body to be strong, resilient, and injury-proof — that is the real win for me. This journey is not just about stepping on stage, it's about stepping into the strongest, most empowered version of myself.

I never imagined I’d be doing something like this… walking on stage, outside of my comfort zone, in front of judges and a crowd. But I did it — and I did it primarily for me. To prove to myself that it’s never too late to go after big goals. And I also did it for you — for every woman who’s ever wondered if she could lift, if she could change, if she could feel strong and powerful in her own skin again.

My passion runs deep to inspire all women — especially those over 40 — to lift weights and build strength. Not just for aesthetics, but for the real health benefits: bone density, muscle mass, metabolism, joint stability, and the confidence that radiates from within.

If I can inspire even one woman to start training, to say yes to herself, to believe she’s worth the effort — then this whole experience has been worth it a hundred times over.

Here’s to being strong.
Here’s to being fearless.
Here’s to rewriting the rules on aging.

Let’s keep lifting — for our bodies, for our minds, and for the lives we want to live. 💥
